






Founded in 2018, Mayweather Boxing + Fitness' goal was to bring an authentic experience to learn from Floyd Mayweather's techniques and training. Starting with one gym in Los Angeles, Mayweather Boxing + Fitness has exploded to include locations all over the US.
As with most of our clients, Franchise Focused Marketing was brought in to take over for another agency that couldn't quite live up to the 50-0 record of the Champ. When representing a global brand like Floyd Mayweather, there is very little room for error. Our first goal was to make sure everything we did matched the standard and expectations of the brand. Every word we wrote, every image we used was gone through to ensure we didn't miss the mark.
Working with Mayweather Boxing + Fitness gave us an opportunity to showcase our own systems, by making sure our client was the only name in the spotlight.
When you're marketing such a well-known brand like Floyd Mayweather, creating awareness isn't the difficult part. After ensuring everything we did matched the brand standards, we next needed to simplify the entire process. We moved all marketing to our CLICKS landing pages, which are designed to perfectly match a brand's look at and feel, while making it extremely easy to sign up.
After that, by applying the same principles that have made us great at what we do, we worked closely with their new locations to help generate over 35,000 leads and thousands of members for their new gyms.
Founded in 2007 in San Diego, Club Pilates has exploded into a global phenomenon. With over 650 open locations in the US alone, Club Pilates has brought the vision of Joseph Pilates to hundreds of thousands of people with over 8 million workouts each year.
Working with a franchise model like Club Pilates takes a balance of supporting the local owners needs, with maintaining the brand's standards, especially in a field like Pilates where one wrong move can ruin your reputation within the community. FFM's years of experience working with franchise companies made us uniquely qualified to understand that if you want to help the brand succeed, you had to ensure the individual locations succeed by providing top-level customer support and results, while working hand-in-hand with the Franchisor. A lot of other agencies focused on just one half of that equation, and ultimately underperformed in the process.
By providing 5-star customer support, and leveraging the power of a great brand, we were able to support their digital efforts, where others came up short.
Rather than focusing on only appeasing the Corporate team, we led the way in building an agency designed to provide top-notch service to the local owners. Each location we work with receives full-access to all metrics, a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist along with their own account login to turn on and off campaigns whenever they want.
We recognized early on that in order to increase results, we needed to be able to control the entire lead generation funnel, including where the clicks were being directed to. Club Pilates existing web-platform didn't allow for quick & easy updates, so we had to think outside of the box and implement our very own CLICKS landing page system. Not only were we able to make adjustments quickly and easily, but we saw a massive increase in lead flow.
Home of the 45-minute total body workout, Row House started with their two original locations in Chelsea and Columbus Circle. After being acquired by Xponentional Fitness, the largest boutique fitness company in the world, it was time to introduce the rest of the country to Row House's incredible low-impact, high-intensity workout.
Starting with their first location outside of New York, in Orange County, CA, Row House set out to prove the concept could work anywhere. Initially working with a different agency for paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, Row House came to Franchise Focused Marketing looking for better & cheaper results.
Our task was simple, generate more leads for less money. To accomplish this, we first set out to better understand the territory to be able to more accurately target the advertising.
By doing this, we were able to realize the prior agency had been targeting too large of an area, and so advertising dollars were being wasted on people who would never drive the distance to get to the studio.
After fixing the Orange County campaign, we were brought on to work on the New York City locations, and have continued to work with new locations as they start to open, providing them with a pipeline of new leads to open with a solid membership count.

A combination of personal training & movement based technique, AKT empowers members to become stronger in their bodies and minds, while having fun doing it.
As is normal with most of our clients, we started working with AKT after several other agencies had failed to generate reasonably priced, quality leads.
We started by ensuring we worked closely with AKT's Corporate team to ensure every location we worked with was marketing to the right area. We found that other agencies, in an effort to generate more leads, would market well outside of a studio's territory. By making sure we had the right message, to the right audience, we were successful in lowering the Avg. CPL by almost 50%, while increasing the lead to member conversion by 25%.
YogaSix aims to debunk the stereotype that often surrounds the practice of yoga and deliver its life-enhancing benefits to all ages, shapes, sizes and genders. Utilizing modern language and offering six core formats – Y6 101, Y6 Stretch, Y6 Flow, Y6 Hot, Y6 Power and Y6 Sculpt Flow, YogaSix’s classes are meant to encompass every fitness level, whether the focus is on deep stretching, stress relief or breaking a sweat.
YogaSix locations started coming to work with us after using more "high-end" agencies that required long-term contracts and provided little to no customer service. Needed to update an image, pay $150. Miss a scheduled call, pay $250. Want to speak with someone within the first 90 days of a campaign, good luck. Our first goal was to prove not all agencies are the same, and some truly do want to see their clients succeed.
We've been able to leverage our years of experience working with locally owned and operated fitness studios to create best practices in our ads. Producing high-quality leads & a reasonable cost per lead was the easy part.

StretchLab was born from the idea that stretching was so much more than just a part of one's fitness routine. Proper stretching relieves stress & increases blood circulation through the body to help everyone from top athletes to desk jockeys live a better life.
Our task was to introduce the world to the benefits of stretching, and make it a part of their every day life.
StretchLab was already a staple in its hometown of Venice, CA. We needed to export that same excitement and enthusiasm for stretching to whole new areas like New Jersey & Idaho.
Starting with the first new location for the brand, Laguna Niguel, CA, we were able to formulate a digital strategy that not only introduced people to the benefits of stretching, but gave them the opportunity to try if for themselves. After a successful campaign in Southern California, we moved on to apply the same techniques to New Jersey, then to Eagle, ID, Chicago, IL, and back to San Diego, CA.
In each area, by providing creating exciting ads, as well as effective landing pages, we were able to generate excitement, and solid lead counts for the new locations as they start their growth!
Pure Barre is the largest, most established barre franchise with more than 500 studios across North America. With a dedicated following of over 550,000 clients, Pure Barre focuses on small movements that result in big changes. Pure Barre's innovative technique comes in a range of class offerings that target strength cardio and flexibility for people of all levels.
After working with several other vendors for years, all of which never quite lived up to expectations, it was time for us to support their owners the way they should be. And in the process, we learned a few things about ourselves.
Our start with Pure Barre was great. In just a few short months Pure Barre represented the largest number of locations out of any of our clients. In many cases our campaigns exceeded expectations. Studios that had been using other vendors and had grown tired of dealing with run of the mill digital agencies found a new hope in working with us.
That explosive growth led us to learn a very valuable lessen regarding our own internal systems, and how we do business. As our work with Pure Barre continued to grow, we actually began to slip in our own delivery standards (We know, we shouldn't be highlighting our failures in these types of things). That, in addition to the Coronavirus Pandemic, led to a bit of soul searching internally, and from those lessens we came out stronger.
To start, we lowered our DMS to Client ratio by almost 50% to ensure each of our clients received the level of service they deserved. We also doubled down on the customer service aspect and started including regularly schedule calls. From there, we've been able to rebuild our relationship with many Pure Barre owners, and get back to delivering top-notch service.
